Lens Registry is operated by Duclos Lenses, Inc. This page explains what information we collect, what may be public, and how the registry should be used. Lens Registry exists to help document cinema lens history, provenance, authenticity, ownership context, service history, and related information. Serial numbers and basic registry information are public. Owner identity and detailed private records are not public by default. We use account and contact information to operate the site, protect records, respond to requests, and communicate with users.
Lens Registry is operated by Duclos Lenses, Inc. References to “Lens Registry,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Duclos Lenses, Inc. and the Lens Registry service.

If a lens is reported or marked as stolen, theft-related information may be displayed publicly to support identification, recovery, and responsible review by the lens community.
We use information to operate Lens Registry, create and secure accounts, maintain lens records, review ownership claims, respond to questions, handle correction requests, communicate about registry activity, and improve the usefulness and accuracy of the service.
We may use your email address to send account messages, registry updates, news, and promotional communications from Duclos Lenses, Inc. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe where required.
